I did receive my order in a timely manner, and had the instructions as to what to do with it, but did not have time to put it on my compost piles between 8/7 and 8/10 or there abouts. I will update later, after I spy my next window of opportunity, hopefully. I look forward to upgrading biodynamically in the garden!

The BD 500 prep came just in time and it was a generous amount. I was able to apply on the evening of the solstice. The results could already be noticed the next day. The soil was already lighter and fluffier. This was the first time I had paired the BD 500 with the Valerian drops. Once the mixing is complete I use a large cottage cheese container and dip my hand into the mix and broadcast the prep that way. Works great. No need to use a sprayer. Just a note that might be useful for those with out a sprayer. Thanks so much, will order again.

Essential nourishment for the life of the soil

As a widowed elderly woman I feel overwhelmed by the idea of building a compost pile. I do have a tumbler though that my kitchen scraps decompose in. To read that I can put the compost starter in a saltshaker and sprinkle some over my kitchen collection of scraps made me so happy! Thank you for this idea that can meet me where I am right now!

This book sets the way for a new foundation of modern agriculture. It is a lot to chew on and I recommend taking small bites at a time. Let the information integrate before jumping all the way in. I am very grateful for this material.
